店の名前の由来はヘブライ神話から。
泥で作った人形＝ゴーレムに「emeth」「אמת」と書いたおふだを貼り付けると命が宿るという神話から。
来てくれたら方に活力を与えられる場所にしたいと言う思いからです。
本日、店の名前と同じタトゥーをした方が来て下さりました！
これからもお客様に命を吹き込めるよう頑張ります！

Bar emeth
The name of the bar comes from Hebrew mythology. It is inspired by the legend of the Golem—a figure made of clay—which comes to life when a talisman bearing the word "emeth" "אמת" is affixed to it. The name reflects our desire to create a place that breathes vitality into everyone who visits. Today, a customer actually visited us sporting a tattoo of that very word! We will continue doing our best to breathe new life into our customers!
